As a result, the business is experiencing strong growth and we have an exciting opportunity for some motivated Assembly Workers to join our team based in Murarrie, Brisbane.

A bit about us

Madison Group Enterprises is an Australian owned and operated business that has been supporting industry sectors such as utilities, resources, manufacturing, infrastructure, commercial, cities and transport for over 29 years. Our Assembly and Manufacturing Team support our technologies business by assembling cellular data loggers, portable traffic light and parts for rapid deployment camera’s, to name a few recent projects.

The opportunity

Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, this role will see you work to assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications. With full-time hours, Monday to Friday you will:

  • Assemble products
  • Utilise hand and power tools
  • Engage in quality control
  • Work in a manufacturing environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work as part of a team

What we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and reliable assembly worker, who has a familiarity and understanding of production and manufacturing operations as well as previous experience with diverse work practices including general assembly work on small parts.

You will have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to follow tasks through to completion and work to deadlines
  • Innovative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong safety focus and a customer service ethos
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • The right to work in Australia

Previous experience soldering will be advantageous for this position, however not essential.
