The opportunity

Based in Brisbane, this is a challenging yet rewarding role that provides technical sales support to both internal and external customers, covering a range of AV Technology applications. Utilising your exceptional customer service skills, this role will see you:

  • Providing advice to customers on the proper use of MadisonAV products
  • Diagnose and resolve challenging technical issues using your knowledge of the product, hardware, software and typical interfaces
  • Generating and maintaining customer support accounts on Madison AV’
  • CRM package
  • Be the first point of contact for any technical product issues

What we are looking for

We need you to be an out-of-the-box thinker who is systematic and process-oriented. You are excited by the opportunity to work with new AV technologies and applications. You will utilise your exceptional communication and customer service skills to translate technical information to customers in a way they will understand, to provide comprehensive solutions to their problems.

The following attributes are highly desirable:

  • Solid understanding of audio-visual (AV) fundamentals and technologies.
  • Experience in Network Configuration – TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, IGMP
  • The ability to quickly understand new and unfamiliar concepts of a technical or business nature
  • A self-starter who is work application driven and comfortable with documentation
