The primary focus of this role will be to provide a high level of service to our customers by ensuring all repairs are fixed and delivered on time and within a safe and efficient manner.
You will diagnose errors and technical problems with stock and determine proper solutions. As well as this you will record and maintain support tickets in the CRM system with detailed file notes that can be easily picked up and understood by others.
