Marketing Executive, Digital & Content


As we continue an exciting growth phase with the addition of the HARMAN Professional product lines, including the brands AMX, JBL, Crown, BSS, AKG and DBX, we look to strengthen our high-performing team with an experienced Marketing Executive, Digital & Content to join our Sydney team.

MadisonAV is a specialist AV business within the Madison Group that distributes professional and commercial grade audio visual products and solutions. Our world leading and complementary brands make us a value-added distributor of complete end to end AV solutions.

The opportunity

Reporting to the National Marketing & Communications Manager, this role will see you lead the digital marketing activities for MadisonAV to deliver profitable customer outcomes.

Day to day you will:

  • Assist in the development of go-to market plans including the creation of marketing strategies to support lead generation and sales activities
  • Plan, create and execute digital marketing activities including email marketing, website content development, social media content and scheduling, SEO and paid digital marketing campaigns
  • Leverage various platforms and channels to increase the awareness and engagement of the MadisonAV business, brands and products.
  • Assist with the ongoing analysis of advertising and content performance, as well as ongoing optimisation effort across all platforms.

What we are looking for

You will be a motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive, with experience in a B2B environment implementing effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns. You will have an understanding of AV Technologies and local industry knowledge of the Professional AV markets.

Your demonstrated experience managing marketing database segmentation, lead generating content strategies and EDM & display advertising campaigns will assist in generating engagement with the MadisonAV brand.

With your strong design aesthetic, you will demonstrate the ability to interpret brand guidelines accurately to suit their purpose. You will also have a working knowledge of E-commerce, CMS management and marketing automation – experience with Pardot and Salesforce will be highly regarded.
