Based in our new purpose-built Head Office on the Brisbane River in Murarrie. Reporting to our Sales Operations Team Leader, this newly created role will be responsible for managing and growing sales from new and existing accounts within the industrial sector nationally.

Implementing customer sales plans aligning to business strategies along with managing customer relationships through account planning and opportunity management, this role will enable collaboration between our Sales & Marketing and Technical Support team.

This opportunity will also support and work alongside our passionate and supportive Customer Connect team to provide world class service and solutions to our clients.

What we are looking for

The Madison Technologies business is seeking an experienced and passionate professional with commercial and technical knowledge of industrial environments while also possessing a keen sense of urgency and a “Make It Happen” customer service ethos.

To be successful in this position, we are seeking the following key attributes;

  • Ability to work through challenging situations through innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Background in industrial environments, communications solutions and electrical or automation products.
  • High level of professional communication skills.
  • Experience in solution selling of high value assets over the phone or face to face.
  • Established knowledge of Customer Management Systems
