National Sales & Marketing Manager


We are seeking a Sales Leader for Madison Technologies.

Established in 1991, Madison Group Enterprises employs over 130 people across Australia and New Zealand and is comprised of businesses that specialise in the design, development and distribution of leading connectivity products and technologies. Our businesses MadisonAV, Madison Express, Madison Technologies and mIoT have expertise across a broad range of communication, wireless, audio visual, industrial IT and IoT disciplines.

This National position sits within our Madison Technologies business reporting directly to the CEO. Madison Technologies are a value-add distributor of technology products and solutions for the industrial, telecommunications and commercial applications.

The opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO – Madison Technologies, this position will take on the leadership of the sales and marketing functions to build a cohesive team and deliver a competitive sales strategy.

Leading a team of nine direct reports you will have the opportunity to lead from the front and combine your people leadership experience, and your affinity for the newest tech, to champion our brands to an equally passionate customer base and elevate the sales team and these global brands to higher levels.

By embodying our values of Connect, Embrace Change, Take Ownership, Make it Happen and Act with Integrity, you will build the capability of the sales team and deliver the go-to-market strategy, while liaising with Product and Technical Managers to identify customer satisfaction and branding improvements.

What we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced executive with proven leadership achievements within a sales centric business unit preferably within a technology product environment. Possess strong negotiation skills with a history creating and maintaining partnerships with national and international vendors.

To be successful in this position we suggest the following attributes;

  • Tertiary Education in Business, Marketing, Technology or similar
  • Proven business growth results within a similar position
  • Showcase sales team leadership and growth results
  • Demonstrate market insights of the industrial or commercial industries
