Reporting to the CEO, this role is to provide leadership across the Product Line Vertical ensuring it’s a well-managed, sustainable and profitable category. Working with the Management Team they will plan, develop, and implement the overall go to market & channel strategies to ensure brand focus is maintained, and sales & revenue targets are delivered. They will also manage the monthly S&OP cycle, producing rolling monthly forecasts per brand, ensuring optimum inventory at all times.

As we continue an exciting growth phase with the addition of the HARMAN Professional product lines, including the brands AMX, JBL, Crown, BSS, AKG and DBX, we look to strengthen our high-performing team with an experienced Project Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sydney team.

The opportunity

Reporting to the CEO, this role is to provide leadership across the Product Line Vertical ensuring it’s a well-managed, sustainable and profitable category. Working with the Management Team they will plan, develop, and implement the overall go to market & channel strategies to ensure brand focus is maintained, and sales & revenue targets are delivered. They will also manage the monthly S&OP cycle, producing rolling monthly forecasts per brand, ensuring optimum inventory at all times.

Essential responsibilities within this role include;

  • Strategic supplier relationships, ensuring loyalty and best service practices are optimised.
  • Researching and communicating market and competitor insights.
  • Identifying new market opportunities.
  • Delivering comprehensive product knowledge training to the national sales team.
  • Maintaining CRM integrity.
  • Liaising professionally and productively with internal departments, such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Category management such as, quarter and annual budgeting, forecasting and inventory management.

 

Work closely with the CEO and other leaders across the business to drive efficiencies and maximise shareholder value and return.

What we are looking for

We are seeking an experienced product manager with audio visual or similar product knowledge. A current understanding of AV technologies would be highly advantageous.
