Reporting into the CEO based in Sydney, this newly created position will provide leadership across the Madison Express Customer Support team, while supporting the sales team across various elements of the sales cycle.
Make this role your own by bringing fresh ideas to continually improve practices that create an exceptional customer experience and maintain a high level of customer engagement. You will also make an impact by facilitating the management of the sales pipeline, providing forecast reporting and generating sales from inactive customers through cold call activities.
In addition to leading your own national team, you will be responsible for supporting internal sales training programs and participate in sales conferences and trade shows.
Madison Express specialises in the distribution of quality cable, connectivity and a range of Madison Group products primarily to the electrical wholesale market.
