The opportunity

Working 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, a typical day as a Storeperson working in our Silverwater-based warehouse involves: loading and unloading of stock from trucks and containers, picking and packing customer orders and organising outward freight for goods as required.

As well as this, you will be responsible for the safe storage of products and ensuring the stock is in the right location. Our whole warehouse team works together to ensure the warehouse remains clean and that our customers receive their orders in full and on time.

You will report in to and work closely with the NSW Warehouse Manager, who is passionate about training and coaching their team members towards success in their roles.

The benefits

Imagine you’re talking with your friends and they’re telling you how much they hate their job, but you can’t relate. You work for a company that recognises your value as an individual, has great working hours of Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm and no weekend work.

On top of that, you are spoiled with free onsite parking, lunch provided each day and extra days of paid leave each year.

Sounds great right? This could be your new working life as a part of the Madison Group.

What we are looking for

You are someone who is passionate about being a team player and chipping in to help the rest of the teams reach their goals. You will have great attention to detail skills to help you with your picking and packing accuracy, as well as a current Forklift Licence so that you can help unload stock from trucks and containers.

Others describe you as someone with a positive mindset, who enjoys physical work and learning new skills. You are also someone who can build trusted relationships with customers and suppliers and be the voice and face they know gets results.

A valid driver’s licence will be advantageous as well.

Are you ready for your next adventure? Apply Now, we can’t wait to hear from you!
