Starting life in 1991 as Madison Technologies, a specialist vendor of cables, connectors and enclosures and related services, our goal was to provide customers with fast, reliable and flexible solutions to meet their business needs.
Over the years we have evolved and expanded through acquisition, product innovation and partnerships, to offer a wide range of complementary technologies. In 2019, the business structure was re-framed to reflect the leadership position of Madison across a number of distinct sectors.
Madison Group Enterprises was formed as the parent company, which operates a number of subsidiary company brands, defined by products and services specialist capability.
As the parent brand, the role of the Madison Group is to provide a central hub for purchasing, finance and administration for the group of companies and to manage intellectual property, manufacturing agreements and licencing. This entity is also responsible for mergers, acquisitions and investments.
