Manager of People and Change
Kate is the Manager of People and Change for the Madison Group. She works closely with the Managing Director, Chief Commercial Officer and Business Leaders to plan and implement change projects and strategies that realise the Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan of the business. Kate has a wealth of experience in HR having worked in both the public and private sector and being awarded the Best Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Program from the Australian HR Awards. Kate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling her to build positive relationships and be a trusted advisor and collaborator working across the business to influence positive change in the Madison Group.
