Madison Group Enterprises started life in 1991 as Madison Technologies, a specialist vendor of cables, connectors, enclosures and related services. The goal was to provide customers with fast, reliable and flexible solutions to meet their business needs. Over the years we have evolved and expanded through acquisition, product innovation and partnerships, to offer a wide range of complementary technologies. This evolution has recently seen Madison Technologies re-structured into four distinct businesses, each providing specialist products, solutions and services to defined markets and channels.

We are always on the lookout for people passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience to join our national team of 140 people and join one of our offices or distribution centres.

 

A bit about us

MadisonAV has been long established as an AV distributor under the Madison Technologies name. Now known as MadisonAV, we retain the stability of being part of the Madison Group, but with the focus of a dedicated specialist business.

MadisonAV hold nearly 30 years’ experience distributing world-leading, specialised AV products to industry professionals. Our purpose is to enable and assist industry professionals to bring their world-leading AV projects to life.

We do this by collaborating with clients to understand their needs and by using our superior industry and product knowledge to provide technical solutions they can rely on. Our dedication and commitment to finding or creating clever and robust solutions to the most complicated connectivity challenges is well recognised by our customers.

Our MadisonAV team is 27 people strong and is based around Australia with representatives in our Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth Offices. With an extensive range of world leading product names including HARMAN, JBL, AMX and BSS to name a few, we deliver solutions beyond our customers’ expectations with responsive service and support.

The opportunity

MadisonAV welcomes interest from professionals across the country in the following areas:

  • Customer Service Professionals act as primary point of contact for inbound telephone and internet sales enquiries and work to deliver an exceptional service beyond expectation.
  • Sales Representatives and Account Managers make it their business to understand what our customers need and provide timely expert support to connect them with a range of comprehensive products and solutions.
  • Brand Managers, Products Managers and Product Administrators enhance the market position of current brands and products as well as introducing additional and complimentary brands and products to support our customers.
  • Marketing Professionals are experts within the industry and manage the successful delivery of a broad range of events, campaigns, digital activities and promotions for our valued customers.
  • Solutions Architects, Pre-Sales Engineers and Technical Support Professionals provide technical pre and post-sales support including configuring, operation and troubleshooting our products in order to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Technical Manager and Trainers are passionate about ensuring our customers are educated on how to best utilise our products through training, demonstrations and roadshows
  • Marketing, Training, Technical Admin Staff are experts at administration tasks, and organising functions, training events, etc, and communicating details both internally and externally
