Established in 1991, Madison Group Enterprises employs over 160 people across Australia and New Zealand and is comprised of businesses that specialise in the design, development and distribution of leading connectivity products and technologies. Our businesses MadisonAV, Madison Connectivity Solutions, Madison Express, Madison Technologies and Kallipr have expertise across a broad range of communication, wireless, audio visual, industrial IT and IoT disciplines.

This role sits within Madison Express which specialises in the distribution of quality cable, connectivity and a range of Madison Group products primarily to the electrical wholesale market. Alongside our own Garland brand, we represent a range of leading cabling, support and connectivity product lines including R&M and 3M.

The opportunity

  • Become a customer service pro, processing orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, providing accurate quotes, managing returns, and exceeding expectations.
  • Contribute to business growth, driving profitable outcomes through exceptional service and efficient operations.
  • Step up as our warehouse hero when the manager’s away, keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for someone who has the ability to continually provide an outstanding customer experience that delivers sales and profitable customer outcomes.

  • Has an eagle eye for detail for accurate order processing and data management.
  • Enjoys problem-solving and taking initiative and has an understanding of the electrical wholesale industry
  • Embraces learning and growth, and is open to getting your forklift license (bonus points!).
