Sakshi Banerjee
Chief Operations Officer
Sakshi Banerjee is the Chief Operating Office of the Madison Group, responsible for the overall long-term operations and supply chain activities, including risk, quality and continuous improvement activities, along with driving standardization on key processes and KPIs. Sakshi is also responsible for the group’s sourcing, real estate function and corporate social responsibility efforts.
Prior to joining Madison Sakshi spent over 13 years in the Telecommunications sector, most recently as the Group Performance Lead for the Industry solutions, Unified Collaboration and IoT product portfolios. Throughout her career Sakshi has worked across the operations, enterprise and product functions focused on growth business, establishing scale operations, and delivering optimization programs.
Sakshi holds a Bachelor of Commerce – Management & Marketing (Honors, University of Melbourne), Master of Business Administration (Dean’s list, Melbourne Business School, and Hautes études commerciales de Paris – H.E.C Paris).
